Community inclusion is an imperative. Our employment specialists visit local businesses on a daily basis in the quest for the perfect employer/employee match. Our goal is secure an individual their desired career while providing an employer with the optimum team member.

Advocacy for Accommodation

Providing working-practice modifications is essential. Does an individual require support for back pain? Is sitting for long periods difficult after that surgery? Will an extra five minutes on your break-time make a difference?

If an individual requires reasonable accommodations to complete their tasks, we will advocate for their right to receive them.
