Meet and Greet

Once employment services are approved, the individual or "client" will meet with our Director of Vocational Services. Personal information is gathered and annotated to create a written "snapshot" of the client. This person-centered information will be key in searching for appropriate employment opportunities.

Employment Specialist Assignment

Clients will work with a dedicated employment specialists who will help search for employment opportunities, prepare candidates for interviews and provide ongoing on-the-job support when the individual secures a job.

Interview Preparation

The employment specialist will dedicate time in-order to provide proven interview preparation strategies, individually tailored to meet the specific needs of each individual.

Implementation of Employment Search
